WHO WE ARE
We are an office filled with a passion for health and fitness. Our staff not only cares for active bodies, but are active ourselves. We not only understand the human body from an academic standpoint, but we also have a practical understanding of how the body works at its prime and experiencing how the body feels are completely different things. We want to help restore muscular balance, reduce pain and inflammation, and decrease recovery time so that each person we lay our hands on can EXPERIENCE how amazing our bodies can be! We believe that massage is not a luxury, but a necessity; and we treat massage as such. Your time spent on our table means more to us than a paycheck. We care about the overall well-being of every BODY that walks through our door. You don't have to be a professional athlete or have 5% body fat. You simply have to care about the future of your body; Let us do the rest! If you're new to massage, or have questions about how massage could work for you, call us, text us, or visit our online scheduling site and book with us today!

Adriana was born and raised in New York. After attending SUNY Oswego for college as double major in fine arts and sociology with a minor in philosophy, she soon realized her love and passion for the human form. In February of 2010 she packed her car and moved down to Florida to attend the Florida Academy of Massage and Skin care. It was here that her massage journey started and she was exposed to what she now specializes in, Fascial Tissue. She continued to take classes after graduation Salutatorian of her class, and now holds over 23 different certifications. During her time at massage school Adriana missed the competitive atmosphere of sports, as she had grown up a swimmer, and had soon found Muay Thai. Soon after training in martial arts, Adriana was introduced to crossfit and eventually Olympic Weightlifting. With the same knowledge, love and passion for the human body, Adriana was able to combine her skills as a therapist with her desire to be an athlete and thrive in both sports. Qualifying for nationals twice and competing at states in olympic weightlifting, as well as making it into the top 150 in the region in crossfit, Adriana truly learned first hand what it feels like to train, be injured, and how to recover. Because of this experience, and the need to recover on a budget, she spent the past 7 years developing her own self help technique that she now teaches called Cupping in Motion. With almost a decade of experience as a massage therapist, and knowledge of what it feels like to train at a high level, Adriana truly knows how to help, treat and promote health in others bodies; no matter what the fitness level.

Kim Colletti, RYT

Everyone begins their yoga journey for different reasons, and Kim's began as a tool for injury recovery. As a collegiate rower, she sustained a back injury that never seemed to heal. After committing to Physical Therapy and a few cortisone shots, she was on her way to recovery but eventually hit a plateau. That’s when she tried yoga. She immediately fell in love with the practice and has been dedicated ever since. About three and a half years ago, she became much more serious about my dedication to yoga and has been practicing daily. Not only has her body grown stronger with each session, but her back has also seen incredible improvement. With each unique journey, comes a unique style of teaching. She is particularly affected by and interested in adjustments and alignments as a focus of my practice. As a community, we are all able to learn from each other’s journeys, and she is always open and interested in learning from my teaching peers. She could not have overcome this injury without her dedicated teachers. It is her intention to offer as much information to help as many students as she can to heal themselves the way she has been healed. The practice is designed to challenge each student wherever they are on their yoga journey, beginning with the basics with alignment and offering moderate to advanced variations.
